the other day i read a theory that after the original universe is created then they will move into a virtual world on the scale of reality and then it'll proceed to happen an infinite amount of times all based off of the original world. my question is wouldn't that put us as a spot of never truly advancing.

So lets say we take the world of today and in thirty years or so the entire world is unified under a single entity.

Assuming over the course of thirty years in taking over the world you collect all the scientist of the countries you take over and collectively have them work on building an infinite world based off of scifi settings where there are completely safe planets and planets for war, with death having no actually consequence as everyone can revive.
(Say you broke a rule in a world of safety you would be imprisoned on ice for a period of time, )

ULTIMATELY MY GOAL IS SIMILAR TO THAT OF the universe of Altered carbon but in a much more productive and middle class wealth design.
because in the end there is no such thing as a world without an upper class it just doesn't happen no matter what an intelligent person can accumulate wealth.
that being said if u live in a world with infinite resources and entertainment all people can be giving a livable stimulus leaving them with infinite free time to entertain themselves spending the money keeping the internal wealth system usable.

secondly with a virtual reality on a larger more accessible scale than the reality would allow for the understanding of higher sciences beyond quantum physics allowing the average persons intelligence to rise as well as in the real world people can still live actual lives and the interstellar connection of the milky way would be nearly fully colonized within 50-100 years.
